Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level, stable surface.

  1. Position compressor: Ensure adequate ventilation (minimum 12 inches clearance).
  2. Check oil level: Verify pump is properly lubricated (if applicable).
  3. Connect air hose: Attach to quick-connect outlet.
  4. Plug into proper power outlet: 120V, 15-amp dedicated circuit.

WARNING! Compressor is heavy; use proper lifting techniques. Ensure location is dry and well-ventilated.

First-Time Setup

Power on compressor; follow initial setup procedure.

  1. Check tank pressure: Ensure pressure gauge reads zero before starting.
  2. Set pressure regulator: Turn clockwise to increase, counterclockwise to decrease.
  3. Test safety valve: Pull ring to verify proper operation.
  4. Run break-in cycle: Allow compressor to run for 30 minutes without load.

CAUTION! Wear safety glasses during operation. Keep hands clear of moving parts.

Specifications

Controls and Settings

Front panel controls: Power switch, Pressure regulator, Pressure gauges (tank and outlet).

Operation: POWER switch (ON/OFF), PRESSURE REGULATOR (output adjustment), SAFETY VALVE (manual test), DRAIN VALVE (tank condensation).

Pressure Settings: Regulator controls tool output pressure (30-150 PSI). Tank gauge shows stored air pressure. Thermal protection automatically shuts off motor if overheated. Automatic pressure switch maintains tank pressure between cut-in and cut-out settings.

Connecting Accessories

Air tools: Connect to quick-connect outlet. Air hose: Use 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch hose.

  1. Ensure compressor is off and tank pressure is released.
  2. Connect air hose to quick-connect fitting.
  3. Attach air tool to other end of hose.
  4. Set regulator to recommended tool pressure.

Tip: Use thread sealant on all connections. Check for leaks before operation.

Operation Guidelines

Supports various air tools: nailers, staplers, inflators, spray guns.

  1. Start compressor: Turn power switch to ON position.
  2. Monitor pressure: Watch tank gauge until cut-out pressure reached.
  3. Use tools: Adjust regulator for specific tool requirements.
  4. Shut down: Turn power OFF, release pressure, drain tank.
  5. Daily maintenance: Check for leaks, clean air filter.
  6. Weekly: Inspect safety valve, check hose condition.
  7. Monthly: Tighten all fasteners, inspect motor brushes.

WARNING! Never exceed maximum pressure rating. Always wear eye protection.

Maintenance Schedule

Daily: Drain tank condensation, check for leaks. Monthly: Inspect air filter, safety valve. Annually: Check piston rings, motor condition.

Care & Cleaning

Disconnect power before cleaning. Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Keep air intake clean.

CAUTION! Do not use solvents or compressed air for cleaning. Keep motor ventilation clear.
