Installation Steps

Follow these steps for proper installation.

  1. Remove packaging and inspect for damage.
  2. Position dishwasher in cabinet opening.
  3. Level the unit using adjustable feet.
  4. Connect water supply line to hot water valve.
  5. Connect drain hose to disposal or standpipe.
  6. Make electrical connections.
  7. Secure dishwasher to countertop.
  8. Test operation with first cycle.

CAUTION! Ensure unit is level to prevent leaks and proper operation.

Electrical Connection

  1. Turn off power at circuit breaker.
  2. Remove access panel on lower front.
  3. Connect black wire to black (hot), white wire to white (neutral), green wire to green (ground).
  4. Secure with wire nuts and replace cover.

Water Connection

  3. Connect to disposal or standpipe with hose clamp.
  4. Ensure high loop in drain hose to prevent backflow.

CAUTION! Drain hose must be elevated to prevent siphoning.

Final Setup

  1. Slide dishwasher into final position.
  2. Level unit and secure to countertop.
  3. Install lower access panel.
  4. Run initial test cycle without dishes.
  5. Check for leaks and proper operation.
  6. Download SmartThinQ app for connectivity.
