Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on level surface near proper electrical outlet.

  1. Remove shipping materials: Remove all tape, brackets, and protective coverings.
  2. Level the dryer: Adjust leveling legs to ensure dryer is stable and doesn't vibrate.
  3. Connect exhaust vent: Attach 4-inch diameter metal duct to rear exhaust port.
  4. Connect to power: Plug into dedicated 240V outlet (do not use extension cord).

WARNING! Dryer must be properly grounded. Ensure exhaust vent is clear and not crushed.

First-Time Setup

After installation, perform initial setup before first use.

  1. Clean lint filter: Remove and clean lint filter with warm water, dry completely.
  2. Run empty cycle: Run dryer on Air Fluff cycle for 20 minutes to remove any residue.
  3. Set preferences: Configure default settings like temperature, signal volume, and language.
  4. Test moisture sensor: Run test load to ensure moisture sensor is working properly.

CAUTION! Do not overload dryer. Follow load size recommendations in manual.

Connecting to Power

Proper electrical connection is essential for safe operation.

  1. Ensure dedicated 240V, 30A circuit is available.
  2. Use proper 4-prong dryer cord (not included).
  3. Connect ground wire to green ground screw.
  4. Secure all connections and install strain relief.

Tip: Have installation performed by qualified electrician if unsure.

Operating the Dryer

Follow these steps for proper drying operation.

  1. Load dryer: Do not overload; leave space for clothes to tumble freely.
  2. Select cycle: Choose appropriate cycle for fabric type and dryness level.
  3. Set options: Adjust temperature, wrinkle care, and other preferences.
  4. Start dryer: Press START; dryer will begin operation.
  5. Monitor progress: Check display for remaining time and cycle status.
  6. Remove promptly: Take clothes out immediately when cycle completes.
  7. Clean lint filter: Clean after every load for optimal performance.

WARNING! Do not dry items containing foam, rubber, or plastic. Clean lint filter regularly to prevent fire hazard.

Safety Features

Child Lock: Press and hold CHILD LOCK for 3 seconds to enable/disable. Overheat Protection: Automatically shuts off if temperature exceeds safe limits. Door Safety Switch: Stops operation when door is opened. Thermal Fuse: Protects against electrical overload.

Care & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Clean lint filter after every load
  2. Wipe control panel with damp cloth (no harsh chemicals)
